Presenting a full un-edited video of our artisan making our next set of bandanas. This tool is called canting tool and the brown liquid is hot wax. Our artisan needs to work quickly to apply the hot wax before the wax hardens and cools down. The part of the leaves covered will stay light pink. Our artisan will then dunk the whole fabric onto the next darker color to create multi-colored bandanas. While the stamping process is similar to block print, batik fabric making is more laborious than screen printing or block printing. Our next bandana launch is coming by the end of the month.
