By purchasing from Kasih Co-op, you’re directly supporting Indonesian artisans and their communities. We work with Nest fair-trade workshops to ensure artisans receive fair wages and work in safe conditions.

What size should I buy?

If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to our product description where we note the size of each product. Most of our robes are one size fits all that fits XS to 2XL.

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! Please reach out to us through our contact us button below. Orders can be cancelled if they have not been shipped out. We fulfill most orders within one business day.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

We ship our orders using USPS, UPS and Fedex.

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns. We ship most orders using USPS, UPS and FedEx.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.

We ship all orders from Los Angeles, California. We fulfill most orders within one business day. Delivery times depend on your location:
