This is a set of batik face covering with nose wire and batik scarf handmade by artisans.

This fabric is handmade by artisans in Java using centuries old wax & dye batik technique.
This pattern is nicknamed Geometric.
This pattern was made using a combination of hand stamp with copper blocks and hand drawn 'canting' batik technique.
Size of face covering: 8.2" wide and 3.5" tall, nose to chin height of 5.5".
Size of scarf: 71"x22"
Scarf is made of cotton fabric, face covering is made of three-layers 100% tightly woven cotton fabric.
Machine washable in cold and air dry. Wash batik scarf separate from other garments.

Lovely scarf

The color is a nice soft blue. The scarf was soft without being flimsy. I needed something that will keep the sun and sand out of my hair. This nicely fits the bill.

I could tell from the photo that it was beautiful

And I wasn't disappointed--it's light, gorgeous, with rich hues. It's longer than I expected but that's fine! My beautiful 26 year old daughter watched me open it (I'm 69) and immediately commented enthusiastically on its beauty and her approval of my choice (not always the case with an opinionated young one!) I'll be interested in other products from this vendor. 100% great!
